* belindajays takes every precaution to ensure that your items reach you in great condition and in an acceptable time frame however we are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our premises.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases so we offer a full refund (excluding shipping).

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please notify us at admin@belindajays.com prior to sending the item back.  Returns will NOT be accepted with our prior notification.

Please note that intimate items including underwear, bras, swimwear etc is NOT refundable

Any item being returned must be in the same NEW condition in which they are received.
