A: Here are the 4 easy steps to ordering:

1. Browse our range and find what you want.
2. Click “add to cart” to add items to your shopping cart.
   
   • A subtotal of your order is provided here.
   • You can change the quantity purchased or take some items out.
3. Go to the checkout
   
   • Existing members log in and update their billing/shipping addresses here.
   • New members register and add their billing/shipping addresses here.
4. Order confirmation page
   
   • Here is where you can check your billing total and see your freight total.
   • You enter your address and credit card details on this Secure page.
   • Click purchase to complete your order.

Q: What happens after I order
A: After you have submitted your order this is what happens:

1. Immediately: You receive an e-mail containing your order number and an e-mail address for any questions regarding the order.
2. +0-3 working days: If all products are in stock we will dispatch your goods and you will receive an e-mail confirming this has occurred.
3. Dispatch + 1-5 working days: Your parcel will arrive via Australia Post.

Q: For how long will I stay logged on after I leave the computer?
A: For security reasons if you are not active on the site for 20 minutes you will automatically be logged off.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem after I have ordered?
A: Please contact our office and we will attempt to rectify the problem straight away.

Q: What if I made a mistake with the order?
A: Contact us via phone immediately to see if an order can be cancelled or changed before dispatch. belindajays will always try to help, however, if the goods have been dispatched, then an order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: You can make your purchase using Paypal. For offline payments, you can use our bank details for netbanking or bank deposit.  We also accept cheques or money orders.

Q: Can I ship goods to a friend?
A: Yes, the shipping address can be different from your belindajays.com account address and enables you to put your friends name as the recipient.
